Philadelphia is on the brink of something special.
With the 250th anniversary of the Declaration of Independence on the horizon, and our city as the celebration’s venue, Philadelphia is stepping into a once in a lifetime moment. From the FIFA World Cup 2026 to the PGA Championship, the national, and global spotlight is about to be on Philly in a way that’s never been seen before.
At BVTLive!, this is exactly the kind of summer that we’ve been building toward.
We’ve always believed Philly knows how to celebrate better than anyone. But over the last few months, we’ve been feeling the energy build in a different way. It’s been bigger, louder, and everywhere.
THE MOMENTUM IS ALREADY HERE
The most exciting part for us, is that big moments are ALREADY here.
In the last few months, we have gotten an up-close preview of what’s really coming. Creating a custom soccer themed hedge wall experience, On It Productions welcomed guests, volunteers, and staff to the FIFA World Cup Philadelphia Launch Event, giving them a glimpse into the excitement and extravagance coming soon to our city. For us, we leaped at the opportunity to set the tone for what to expect and how fans can engage with events leading into Philly Summer.
We carried that same energy into the FIFA “How Do You Phan” Pep Rally. Being featured on Fox 29 Philadelphia WTFX, celebrating the 100-day countdown to the FIFA World Cup, On It Productions brought to life a custom chalk wall in the center of the Comcast Center Plaza. Becoming a part of the experience, fans left messages building excitement as a community in real time.
While both events were different, our goal was the same: create something people could step into and remember.
WE KNOW PHILLY- BECAUSE WE’VE BEEN PART OF IT
What’s making the anticipation of this summer even more exciting, is how our community and so many businesses are truly deeply connected to the city of Philadelphia.
We aren’t just “preparing” for Philadelphia- we’ve grown with it. For 20 years, we’ve powered the Philadelphia Auto Show Black Tie Tailgate Gala, watching it become one of the city’s most iconic annual events. Even just this year, with our Hybrid DJ performances, dueling pianos, electric violinists, jazz trios, to the main stage Jellyroll performance, we committed to providing the experience that this city truly deserves. Being a year after year tradition, we don’t take lightly opportunities to bring Philly together.
We feel at home on Philly’s biggest stages. From the last three years of Jellyroll performing at the Eagles Home Opener to the Darren Daulton Foundation Gala, we have learned that these aren’t just gigs, they’re moments that are part of the fabric of Philadelphia. That history matters. A history of energy, expectations, and exactly what it takes to deliver something that the people here actually connect with.
SHOWING UP FOR EVERY COMMUNITY
Every event leading into this summer doesn’t look the same, but that’s exactly the point!
At PAFA’s 220th Anniversary celebration, we got to take a moment to connect with Philadelphia’s cultural roots. With Jellyroll and live immersive performers throughout the space, we appreciated and enhanced each unique kind of blended art, history, and live performance art that Philadelphia had to offer.
At Bridge to Brilliance, we took a more subtle approach. At an event centered around intention and connection, celebrating National Women’s Day- and specifically the brilliance amongst the women of Philadelphia- we provided lampshade greeters and a live keyboardist to enhance the atmosphere, making sure to not overpower it.
Being part of our mission, the vastly different environments are what makes our community so special. All different scales, different audiences, and different goals, but all a part of the same big picture.
THIS IS WHAT WE’VE BEEN WORKING TOWARD
Each of these events to us weren’t just individual moments- they were part of the build. We tested ideas, refined our approach, and continued to push what’s really possible. Because we know, that when a summer like this arrives, it’s not about just showing up, it’s about being already READY. Ready to deliver at the very highest level.
We know when the world comes to Philadelphia, it’s not just for the games. It’s for everything around them- the people, the events, and the celebrations. And that’s exactly where we are.
READY, SET, PHILLY SUMMER!
It’s been a talking point for months now; this summer is going to be big. But for us, it’s not just something that’s “coming”, it’s something that’s already started. Every event we’ve been a part of during these past few months has been in preparation for this moment. Coming up on the start line, this is where the momentum keeps. going.
And if there’s one thing we know for sure- Philly is ready for it. And so are we.
