Yes.  BVTLive! can provide customized ceremonies, as well as live music for brunches, rehearsal dinners, after parties, and any other element of your wedding weekend that would benefit from live performances.

Once you decide to move forward, we send a simple contract that we ask you to sign and return with a $2,000-$3,000 deposit.  Your balance is due ten days in advance of the performance.

Yes. All BVTLive! bands have at least a one million dollar liability policy. Proof of insurance certificates are available upon request.

Not only do our bands perform through state of the art sound systems but a highly trained and experienced sound technician is there to ensure great sound at a suitable volume.  Basic stage lighting is provided.  Upgrades in both areas are available at additional cost.

All of our musicians dress in formal attire unless otherwise discussed prior to the event.

We prefer ACH payments, or checks, as it helps us offer better pricing (without credit card fees).
However, we can accept a major credit card, but there is an additional fee of 3 to 3.5% that would be charged.

All BVTLive!’s bands are willing to learn new songs.  For weddings, if we don’t already know the songs, we would learn your first dance and parent dance songs, as well as your intro song.

The bands’ fees depend on a number of factors.  Each band’s fee is unique, and is based on demand, the exact date, day of the week, and timing.  Our dance bands range from $4,000 to $14,000.  I understand that this is a wide range so, if you would like an exact quote, please call or click here, and we can either call or email you, whichever you prefer.  If events are further than 60 miles from Philadelphia, there may be additional travel fees.

All of BVTLive!’s bands offer a customized package that includes music for your cocktails with pianist, or a Duo, and a full band performance for dinner and dancing. We also offer ceremony options for weddings.
