For more than five years, our relationship with this incredible organization has continued to grow, as our band Deja Blue brings the music to this night of hope, celebration, and generosity.
About the For Pete’s Sake Respite Cancer Foundation
Founded in memory of Pete Bossow Jr., the For Pete’s Sake Respite Cancer Foundation is the nation’s first respite cancer foundation. Their mission is to provide adult cancer patients and their loved ones with transformative respite experiences—giving families a chance to step away from treatment, reconnect, and make lasting memories together. These respites offer more than rest—they offer renewal, healing, and hope during one of life’s most challenging journeys.
Each year, the For Pete’s Sake Gala gathers supporters, survivors, and advocates for an unforgettable evening filled with inspiration. Guests enjoy dinner, live and silent auctions, and of course, a full night of dancing and celebration—all to benefit the foundation’s mission of spreading love and light to families affected by cancer.

For over five years, Deja Blue has been proud to lend their talent to this extraordinary event. Known for their versatility and vibrant energy, Deja Blue fills the dance floor with a dynamic mix of hits spanning decades and genres. Beyond For Pete’s Sake, Deja Blue regularly performs at other charitable events including the Alex’s Lemonade Stand Foundation Lemon Ball, donating their time and talent to causes that make a difference.
