Mark Ludwig played his first gig at age 15, and from then he was hooked. Now, 35+ years later, he has thousands of weddings, events, and shows under his belt nationwide! There was no need for additional music schooling after high school for Mark, he developed his love for music from the very moment he played his first gig and knew that it was the career path for him. From that point forward, he focused on fine-tuning his talent and getting as much experience as he could by playing different events.

From coast to coast, Mark has performed in almost every capacity, from intimate coffee houses to 15,000 seat stadiums! In 1997, he joined Atlantic Recording Artists Solution A.D., with the Modern Rock single “Fearless”. Touring extensively with the band, Mark gained an entirely new level of experience, playing shows and festivals across the country, including such prestigious venues as CBGB’s, and The Beacon Theatre in New York City.

Originally a trio, Mark, Marci, and co-founder and band member Kurt Manderbach performed under the name of the “Fuzzy Bunny Slippers.” They started as a cover band playing throughout the region, securing a weekly spot at Ocean City, Maryland’s Seacrets waterfront dining location. Over time they grew in band members and went from a trio to a full band consisting of nine talented members. The band’s main focus was to make sure their crowd rocks out and have a great time during their performance.
In 2007, Mark Ludwig and his trio ensemble approached BVTLive! for specialty gigs, wedding ceremonies, and cocktail hours. As their popularity grew and they gained more and more talented musicians, Back2Life was slowly formed! Back2Life has been with BVTLive! for almost two decades, and has been gracing the Philadelphia area with their signature dynamic sound since.
