In my opinion music is one of the main aspects that can make or break a great wedding. It was extremely important to me to find a DJ who would play music that got all generations on the dance floor and kept the energy high the moment the reception started. DJ Linx made all of this happen and more!! He was an absolute pleasure to work with and literally kept everyone dancing from the moment my husband and I walked into our reception. Everyone is still talking about how genius it was to have dancing sets between courses and speeches to ensure nobody was sitting at their tables for too long. Lu, thank you so much for all you did to make our wedding reception absolutely perfect. Andrew and I were completely blown away with every song you played and are still talking about how many people were on the dance floor all night.
Prior to making our decision to go with BVT Live Nils was incredible. He answered any and all of my questions, got on multiple phone calls with me and stayed in touch from the moment we signed our contract through the end of our wedding. Nils, thank you for being such a pleasure to work with and for listening to my requests and recommending DJ Linx. We will definitely be using BVTLive for our future events.

Dj Linx, I made a promise. I had a few song requests for the reception that were unconventional. I said ‘if you could work those in somehow I'd call you the best wedding DJ ever'. Well, he did!!! #BestWeddingDJEver! He even added some of his own mixes to requested songs which were so amazing. A month before the wedding Lu drove an hour to meet with me personally to discuss details. Throughout the experience he was punctual, calm, friendly, and very positive. I had a few special requests/demands/surprises that he played a role in, and he delivered beautifully. He offered great advice based on his experience which were perfect. My husband and I were so lucky to have had him as our DJ.

The Washington at Historic Yellow Springs: Jessica and Sagar – October 28 2017
We provided DJ Linx and the team from BVTLive!! with a challenge having a duel Indian and Western ceremonies, and they came through for us. For the Indian ceremony, they provided some upbeat, danceable Bhangra music to get our guests pumped up during the Bharat before the ceremony. During the ceremony they provided portable mics for our priests and subtle background music through the ceremony. At our second cermeony they also were able to set up mics and a sound system for our guests. At the reception, DJ Linx mixed in danceable Bollywood music to go along with our selection of hip hop and other Western music. Nils at BVTLive! was very helpful in trying to understand our needs and match us with the right DJ as well as equipment. DJ Linx allowed us to provide a playlist of music that we wanted to hear at our reception and also talked with us to understand our vision of the party and how he could use his experience to make it the best possible. DJ Linx and his team did a masterful job at sprinkling Bolloywood hits into the set while making allowances for requests from our guest as well as packing in songs from our playlist.
