Talented and diverse band that had EVERYONE dancing. Pete and City Rhythm were amazing to work with. They took the time to understand what me and my wife's musical tastes are, and used their experience to weave in music that would appeal to everyone at the wedding. They are incredibly diverse and talented. They had literally everyone from friends to aunts, uncles, and grandparents on the dance floor the entire night. They were such an important part of our night and really delivered an amazing experience for me, my wife, and all of our guests. We planned our wedding from afar and went of the YouTube videos as our guide as we did not get the chance to see them in person beforehand. They wound up being even better than the videos online! I would highly recommend City Rhythm to anyone looking to make great music a focal point of their wedding. Pete, the band leader, was great to work and really professional in planning out the day to provide continuous music and MC the reception.

Easy to work with. Lots of Compliments from Guests! We had City Rhythm, a BVTLive! Band, perform at our wedding. They were a huge hit with guests and we got lots of compliments on them afterwards. It was so easy to work with them to customize things we wanted to do for our ceremony (we had a family member sing and they worked with her to learn the music for her song). I would definitely recommend them.

City Rhythm is THE BEST!!! As a bride, you can be completely hands-off when you hire this band. They know what they're doing, and they will perform above and beyond your expectations. They stick to the timeline given as far as MC'ing the reception, they play ALL types of music for any generation, and they remember all of your requests! We requested specific songs not only be played, but be played at a certain time, and City Rhythm 100% complied. We had a non-traditional ceremony and wanted it to have a fun atmosphere, so the groom and groomsmen walked down the aisle to City Rhythm playing the instrumental version of Eminem's "Lose Yourself". It was an amazing crowd pleaser and one of the most memorable aspects of our wedding. City Rhythm completely nailed it and played beautifully! We had last minute changes to our first dance songs and groom/mother song. Last minute as in I called them 48 hours before to request the change. It required the band to learn 3 new songs, and we weren't sure if they'd be able to make it happen, but they totally did!! I cannot say enough great things about City Rhythm. If you choose them for your wedding, you do not need to worry at all about the music. They have it covered! They know what they're doing!

It's been almost a month and friends are still talking about our wedding! Despite our guests' large age range City Rhythm accommodated everyone's musical taste and drew everyone onto the dance floor. In addition to the versatility of the band they were flexible with my requests...A family member composed the music for the wedding ceremony processional and had questions about instruments. Pete, the bandleader made himself available to work with her and exhibited a true depth of musical knowledge. The members of the band truly seemed to enjoy entertaining and while maintaining the elegant flavor of the event kept it warm and homey. I have nothing but high praise and gratitude for City Rhythm!

We had City Rhythm play our wedding this Fall, and they were everything we could have asked for and more. Pete and his guys were extremely helpful and accommodating in the lead-up to the wedding, and how amazing the band was is the most common feedback we've gotten on our Big Day! They did a great job keeping everyone up and energized from start to finish, and the sound is unreal! We were fortunate to have gotten a big dance floor, and if you go with City Rhythm, you'll need the extra space!

Words cannot describe how thankful we were to have been able to meet Kurt and attend the showcase in Ardmore. We knew immediately that BVTLive! was the choice for us. The decision did not come easy - they were all fantastic!!! After much thought, we selected “ALL ABOUT ME”! And, did they deliver! It was a magical evening filled with a fabulous performance by Michael and his entire team. The dance floor was packed all night long! They are truly amazing musicians.
With BVT, Allure Films, Philip Gabriel Photography and All About Events we had the perfect team. It still brings tears to my eyes when I watch the video that captured a picture perfect day!

Music is very important to us , so we went to many show cases before picking city rhythm . We were blown away! They sound much better live then what is shown on the website. We received many compliments on the band!! City rhythm has vocalist that encompass all genres. Their playlist is enormous. They will learn any song you choose for intro song, first dance and mother / groom song etc. The band leader was very helpful and responsive. You can't go wrong by picking this 5 star band!!!

We had the BEST time at our wedding thanks to Pete and the whole City Rhythm band. We looked at A LOT of bands, and the minute we heard City Rhythm, we knew it was our band. They were easy to work with and a great value compared to many others that we looked at. My husband and I had a vision for how we wanted to enter the room to get the whole wedding party up and dancing. We talked to Pete the week before and everything went off without a hitch. I can't say enough about how great the music was and our guests had a blast and were up and dancing the whole time....even the catering waitstaff were dancing in the aisles as they served the tables and remarked that it was one of the best band performances that they've seen.
