What is a Philadelphia Wedding Band Showcase?

During the process of booking your wedding band, you may find yourself wondering… What exactly is a live band showcase? To put it simply, a wedding band showcase is an opportunity for you to preview your band before your special day.

Here at BVTLive, we are home to 11 bands that range in price, size, and style. We understand that there are multiple factors that go into deciding on your perfect wedding band.

All of our bands play a wide range of music that will accommodate a large variety of guests— from younger children to older relatives. Depending on your unique taste in music, there may be certain things you are looking for in your dream wedding band.

We like to make your decision as easy as possible by inviting you to the Ardmore Music Hall to see the bands we offer live with your family and friends. By the end of the night, you will have confidence that your dance floor will be packed all night long.

What to Expect at a Showcase

BVTLive! was voted the #1 live band showcase in Philadelphia by Main Line Today magazine. We have a great partnership with Ardmore Music Hall that allows our couples to see their bands at Main Line’s premier music venue and enjoy a night full of food, drinks, and fun.

When you arrive at Ardmore Music Hall, you will be greeted by our team at the front door. We will sign you in, and introduce you to your event consultant that you connected with. You will then be seated at your reserved table, where you can feel free to order food and drinks. Ardmore Music Hall’s food menu has been curated by Ripplewood Whiskey & Craft in Ardmore, PA.

Next, you get to watch our bands live. This is the most exciting part of the night! Depending on the showcase date, we will have 3 to 4 bands perform. Each band performs a 30 minute set of some of our favorite party songs. This will give you the opportunity to get a feel for the style of the band. Depending on how far along in the process you are, you may have your heart set on one specific band, or you may be interested in multiple bands.

We hope that by the end of the night, you have peace of mind that our bands will totally rock your wedding.

This night is purely an experience for you to get a feel for what we do best, and to understand your options a little better. Absolutely not! Our showcases provide couples with a fun, pressure-free environment to watch our bands perform. We will never pressure anyone to book a band at a showcase. It is purely an opportunity to get an idea for what you can expect from a BVTLive! band at your wedding. There is no fee, no pressure, and no obligation. Just like Kurt Titchenell, the owner and founder of BVTLive! says, “We want you to experience our bands’ performances in a pressure free, fun environment. How Many Bands Perform?
